Thyfirst One stores the accounting, payroll, inventory, and operational records your organization enters, along with user accounts and audit trails required to operate the system.
How data is used
Records are used solely to provide business functionality — posting journals, running payroll, producing reports, and maintaining an audit history. Data is never sold or shared outside your organization.
Access control
Access is restricted by user roles and permissions. Sensitive actions are logged in the audit trail with the acting user, timestamp, and affected records.
Retention
Financial records are retained in line with statutory record-keeping requirements. Administrators control backup and archival policy under Administration.
